In this 6-weeks Bootcamp, I will help you reprogram your subconscious limiting belief into positive belief, so that you can have healthier thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and work towards being securely attached!
Workshop: Understanding Attachment Style - How it impacts relationships and How to heal
In this workshop, I will delve into all types of Attachment Styles, how your relationships are impacted by it, and outline ways to heal. There will also be Attachment-related exercises for the attendees to participate and to learn more about themselves!
